Mory Sacko
After beginning his chef’s career in a number of prestigious luxury hotels, Mory Sacko opened his first restaurant in 2020, in the 14th arrondissement of Paris. Known as much for his wisdom as for his simplicity, Sacko has made a name for himself in the world of French gastronomy with MOSUKE. There, the visionary, free-spirited chef can be found crafting his audacious, innovative Afro-Japanese fare with a classic French twist. MOSUKE, awarded a Michelin star in 2021, continues its meteoric rise. In 2023, Sacko was featured in Time magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in the world. After launching the restaurants MOSUGO, featuring his take on comfort food, as well as Lafayette’s, in collaboration with the Moma Group, and a number of pop-ups, Sacko continues to thrive at the intersection of the many worlds that inspire his diverse and delicate cuisine.
